UNLISTED-SECURITIES MARKET (USM)
Рынок некотируемых ценных бумаг
Внебиржевой рынок, на котором обращаются акции и облигации компаний, не получивших официальную биржевую котировку. Внебиржевой рынок дает возможность малым компаниям привлекать капитал без особых формальностей и расходов. В Великобритании он появился в 1980 г. как рынок второго порядка по отношению к Лондонской фондовой бирже. Основным условием участия являлся трехлетний срок успешной деятельности компании (пятилетний - для фондовой биржи) и продажа через рынок не менее 10% акций (25% - на фондовой бирже). В 1995 г. вместо него начал функционировать рынок альтернативных инвестиций (Alternative Investment Market), на котором в настоящее время обращаются акции около 700 быстрорастущих компаний. Рынок становится все более привлекательным для инвесторов. Cм. также Stock exchange.
